About LDF

The Luol Deng Foundation UK (LDF UK) provide opportunities for participation in basketball for all sections of the community by organising basketball-related projects, camps, events and programmes whilst also helping with coaching and club development.

Mission Statement

The Luol Deng Foundation (LDF UK) is a non-profit organisation whose mission is to increase participation in basketball whilst addressing issues of education, health, crime and social inclusion.

This will be achievable through powerful relationships with organisations such as schools, clubs, sports governing bodies, local authorities and regeneration initiatives.

LDF UK will deliver their mission concentrating on three key areas:

1. Increased participation in grass root development
2. Providing provision and advice for elite pathway
3. Increased opportunities and participation for females
