The Luol Deng Foundation UK will be hosting a FREE open run for both male and female basketball players aged u16, u18 & u21 on Wednesday 27th July from 1pm-5pm at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre.
The event is to celebrate exactly one year until the London 2012 Olympic Games will grace our capital where Luol will lead his Team GB . The open run is a great way for players to showcase their skills in front of NBA and GB Star Luol Deng. YES – Luol Deng will be making an appearance on the day to watch, as well as be on hand to talk with you all.
Details:
The day will include competitive games in an open scrimmage environment, where you will be organised into teams and will be able to compete up an age group if you show you are capable to do so.
Registration:
Players will need to arrive for 12pm on Wednesday 27th July at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre, Ledrington Road, London, SE19 2BB. The event is FREE but we cannot guarantee that all attendees will play due to capacity levels.
